Questions Before You Start?
What is the minimum order?
Individual custom requests are welcome. Bulk quote pricing begins at 10 pieces.
Can I mix sizes and garment colors?
Yes. Use Design Notes to give us your size and color breakdown.
What file types can I upload?
The upload field supports common image/document formats such as PNG, JPG and PDF. If you have a source/vector file that is not accepted, note it and we will follow up.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
We review your submitted artwork and order details before production and will contact you if anything needs clarification.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on quantity, garment availability, artwork readiness, and your requested need-by date.
Can I make changes after submitting?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are easiest to make before production begins.
Can bulk orders use multiple sizes?
Yes. Include the size breakdown in Design Notes so we can review the request accurately.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom-order eligibility depends on the circumstances and the applicable Origin Thread returns policy. Contact us if there is a problem with your order.
