ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, creating an account, using design or customization tools, uploading content, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with Origin Thread, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable services.

ELIGIBILITY & SITE USE
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or use the site with an authorized parent, guardian, or representative where required. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use Origin Thread for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.

ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
You are responsible for accurate information, secure account credentials, and activity under your account. Notify Origin Thread promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may request identity or payment verification when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the store.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We work to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, materials, and details accurately. Screen settings, garment variation, printing processes, placement tolerances, and supplier differences may cause reasonable variation. Availability may change without notice.

PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and fees are calculated as applicable. By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment method for the total shown. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment. Origin Thread may decline, cancel, or limit an order for suspected fraud, inventory constraints, payment issues, policy violations, technical errors, or other reasonable concerns.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PROOFS
Custom orders may require approval of artwork, spelling, placement, garment color, sizing, and production details. Production may begin after approval. Changes may not be possible once production starts, and reasonable variation is inherent in decorated apparel.

SUBMITTED ARTWORK & LICENSE
• You retain ownership of original content you submit.
• You grant Origin Thread and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, resize, technically modify, display internally, and print submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and maintain order records.
• You represent that you own or have permission to use all required copyrights, trademarks, publicity/privacy rights, and other rights.
• Origin Thread does not acquire ownership of your content merely because you upload it.
• We may reject content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or contrary to store policy.

PROHIBITED CONTENT
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually abusive, privacy-violating, or otherwise prohibited by law or Origin Thread policy. We may refuse, remove, report, or retain records where reasonably necessary or legally required.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Origin Thread branding, logos, site design, original collections, graphics, photographs, text, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works without permission.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. See Shipping & Delivery.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Return, exchange, and refund eligibility depends on product type, condition, timing, and reason. Custom, personalized, final-sale, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise ineligible items may not qualify except where required by law or where Origin Thread made an error. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the current process and eligibility details.

PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
Promotions, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, and gift cards are subject to their stated conditions, dates, exclusions, and availability. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, or other non-private user content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Origin Thread a non-exclusive license to display and adapt that content for store, marketing, customer-service, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Origin Thread may use third-party services for hosting, payments, shipping, authentication, analytics, design tools, or related functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, Origin Thread is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, services, and products are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin Thread and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Origin Thread harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from content you submit, your violation of another person’s rights, misuse of the site, or material breach of these Terms.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts, orders, or site access when reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations, abuse, nonpayment, or protection of customers, staff, systems, or legal rights.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
Important: These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Origin Thread’s business operations, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage good-faith informal resolution. Venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution requirements apply only if expressly stated and legally enforceable.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply to future use to the extent permitted by law.
